To all whom responded to my request Many Thanks.
The word I got from AOPA coding expert is that Yes you can bill for
transferring of a pattern, however it is not a covered service. You
would use the code L2999. The majority of you that responded stated
that you did not charge for adding patterns to the AFOs. The reason you
do it is to help the children to accept the wearing of their AFOs. Also
To be billable a feature must be functionally necessary.
Again thanks for your responses and may your day be joyful.
