Hello all,
I have had a few prosthetic clients come in this week with issues of the
carbon socket trimlines cutting into their socks/liners. The trimlines are
smooth and have been wet sanded and there skin is not pooching out the
socket, but the carbon is still cutting the fabric. I have glued a thin
piece of leather over the edge, but this only last for about 6 months and
the leather wears down. Does anyone have any suggestions for this issue? I
would like to find a solution that has more longevity than 6 months.
Thanks,
