Hello all!

I am looking for some feedback and/or technical pointers on the Pneu-Fit , pneumatic aircell system. Traditionally used in prosthetic sockets - I am looking to integrate it into a CROW boot. Basically I have a client with RSD /CRPS who has been using a pneumatic Aircast walker for almost 2 years and I would like to make a custom AFO for her. She is very happy with the pneumatic pressure and adjustability but she is blowing out the Aircast air bladders every 6-8 weeks. I am hoping that the Pneu-fit system will be more durable.

Any feedback on the Pneu-fit would be helpful - my main concern is the durability but any tips on fabricating with it would also be helpful. The rigid shell will be 3/16 - 1/4 colene with a thermofoam interface and I would be using the angle flange model of pneu-fit.

Thank you in advance for your input!
