Hello. First, I apologize if I have already contacted you. I have
been contacting podiatrists, retailers of diabetic shoes, and now
pedorthists, orthotists, and prosthetists. I realize that there is a
lot of overlap among those fields. In any event, I thought you might
be interested in my free website, OddShoeFinder.com.

I began the site as a response to my sister's problems buying shoes
after an injury related to her diabetes. Coincidentally, she was also
working at a medical supply store at the time and saw that they had
many mismatched pairs of shoes going to waste as a result of people
like her who needed two different sizes.

OddShoeFinder.com allows users to buy and sell mismatched pairs of
shoes and/or single shoes. A large percentage of users are either
polio survivors or have problems related to diabetes. Organizations
such as
yours might find the site useful for exchanging single shoes with
others to create matched pairs, posting mismatched pairs for sale to
others, telling those who must buy two pairs of shoes at a time where
they can sell their unused shoes, etc. I'm sure a look at the site
would show you how useful the site is for amputees, people with
mismatched feet
and stores with odd or mismatched shoes.

Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments about the site. Thanks!
