Hello all,
I have a very long, fleshy BKA that has used a lanyard system for about
two years with success. He's lost some volume and it's time for a new
socket. He has about 4 of residual limb below the cut end of the tibia
and the lanyard is excellent for pulling him into the socket. Once in,
he still has issues with pistoning and some rotation(especially with
this recent weight loss). Having used the KISS with several AKA's I'm
considering this for him. Anyone out there done this with success? Where
did you mount the Vecro proximal tab?
Thanks in advance for your input and Happy Holidays!
Chris
