Hello,

Looking for help on an intriguing patient. She is a middle aged woman who suffered sacroilliac injuring with chiropractic manipulation as well has overactive lateral hamstring, non firing adductor group, and damaged abdominals all resulting from a separate gynecological procedure. This is all on the involved side. Patients symptoms are LBP as well as severe sciatica. Average in build. Gait is antalgic with, u guessed it, excessive external rotation of her L L/E. Looking for peoples creativity in something functional to internally rotate and bring the limb under body for stance. Ideas so far tossed around are TES belt, Hip abduction orthosis with with elastic band helpers, taping and wrapping have been unsuccessful. Shoot me some ideas.

Thanks
