Hey List,

I'd like to know preferences for liner and outer seal combination when using
vacuum suspension.

I've used several brands of liners; Bock - Sirona, Profile, Simplicity and
Custom; Alpha Cushion 6mm and 9mm, Alps easy-liner (once). I have used
Alpha Suction Seals exclusively.

The Bock liners (all without fabric) are difficult for clients to donn,
(even the special order coated ones). Also, the more mature limbs have a
greater circumferential difference between the proximal thigh and distal
tibia than the Bock model. This results in baggy distal or tight knee and
thigh.

The fabric coated liners, Alpha etc., often leave a PROXIMAL ring on
client's thigh due to skin bridging between proximal edge of liner and seal.

I'd like to know what is being used consistently in combination.
