We are seeing a patient that present w/ a L congenital limb deficiency @ the
TR level. 1-1.5 in length. He's been training in mixed martial arts & is
having difficulty strength training at the gym. His triceps/biceps/shoulder
region are very underdeveloped and has aspirations to pursue prosthetic
management to help him in these areas. With limited UE prosthetic
experience, I'm looking for suggestions in regards to terminal device,
suspension/harnessing, etc. My initial thought was to utilize humeral cuff,
shoulder harness & TRS weight lifting assistive device. Any help would be
greatly appreciated!
