Dear oandp-l'ers,

Otto Bock used to carry a fabric knee orthosis for management of recurvatum
that had straps that would cross behind the knee and allow the user to self
adjust the amount of preventative force that was being provided by the
orthosis. An older patient of mine has been wearing this device for 10
years and he typically gets a new one every year. When I re-ordered this
time, what I received was not the same device that I have been using for the
last 10 years and I was told that it had been discontinued and replaced with
a new version. The new version will not be supportive enough for this
patient.

Is anyone aware of a soft knee orthosis that has additional corrective
control for recurvatum that I could try to use as a replacement to the d/c'd
Otto Bock orthosis?
