U S Politics Question about VA Resonses

Text:

My original post had to do with the question; Can Service Connected Veterans
chose to see any provider for their services. Even if the provider did not
have a contract.

I have been asked to post the responses. However, I do not know how to post
the exact response so I will post the general consensus. All of the
responses as of 4:00p.m. Thursday 7/3/2008 were that Veterans, especially Service
Connected can go to the Provider of their choice. Contract or not. Apparently
there is some attempt to influence them, but they can persist and resist! If
necessary they may need to contact a Senator or Congressman, but this is
probably not necessary in most cases, Just good old fashioned persistence is
usually sufficient. My thanks to all that have responded today. I will sleep better
tonight and I hope everyone has a Happy Fourth of July. Lets not forget why
we celebrate this Holiday. Please enjoy. And Stay Safe and Healthy. Bob
Grubbs, C.P.O., L.P.O., Jupiter, Florida.
PS - I will post any future reply's I receive if there is any relevant
change in information. The information I have received is from Non-VA sources. I
was hoping for at least one response from VA personnel, but no such luck.
