2. We have used the Alps Easysleeve (no cloth) in the past....go down a size if you can. It has worked well on most...good luck!

4. Hello Reed,

I have used the Alps suspension sleeve with no fabric..it is the sleeve version of the elpx liner..the very stretchy one..i think the code is sle-size..it works very well..i have had to undersize it from the measured size for some aggressive swimmers in order to completely seal the water out..It likes to tack to itself so some hand dexterity is needed to pull it up or apply it to the leg if your patient changes their own sleeves..also the trimlines can sometimes cause premature wear into the sleeve so I have been adding extra thickness to the lamination layup at the proximal trimline area with dacron or felt..that way it is not such a sharp edge..it makes it easy to bevel the trimline nicely..i have also tried adding Daw Trim and moleskin to trimline but find they just end up coming off with prolonged use in the water..hope this helps..good luck

8.An option I am sure you have considered is a straight suction socket no
sleeve. I use the Aulie knee and suction socket great for swimming and scuba
diving also one can use a the LA a Ankle
I use a suction socket straight on the skin no sleeve with the Aulie knee a
nylon / plastic knee great for durability.

Aulie Knee - <URL Redacted>
Also useful is the
LA Ankle -
