This is a reminder that any resident that have a start date of June 1,
2008 or beyond must be using the on-line tracking system. You should
have received information with your confirmation of registration. For
any residency sites that had a resident start June 1, 2008 or beyond you
must be evaluating your resident on-line and information should have
been mailed to you.
You can access the on-line tracking site at:

In addition, for residents there are two fields for entering your
diagnoses (ICD9 codes). The first field we want you to use the
following global codes:
