Changazi

A. Co polymer pp vacuum molded socket for BK and AK from Blanks
Or
B. Lamianted soclet (local polyester / pva / local glass braid /local perlon and cotton)
In BK we use Aluminum Expansion joint, fiberglass local pylon, local tube clamp adapter and local Sach adapter with pyramid.
In AK cases, below at the socket bottom we put in local Aluminum alloy socket plates to be connected with pyramid receiver ss or aluminum alloy. We use ss or aluminum clamp adapters with local fiber glass pylon and local (inj molded aluminum ) sack foot adapter with pyramid.
we import other low cost Asian coutry's knee joints.
Foot is SACH local wooden or imported.
This is very low cost hybrid technology and cost effective.

Now i m working in PRSP Bagh AJK as a incharge.
Now come to the point, I think moulded socket with ICRC system is best because the components are very cheep.
The other option is if u arrange bye it self modular china components so thats are also very low cost.
If u r wanted any help frm me of any type so plz contact me.

on the basis of patient & CPO survey we conculde that by using ICRC
Alignment system only add Steel pylon insted of Poly propyle Pylon
by this we get following advantages
easy for repair
no need of plastic cosmatic cover
easy in fabrication

Asif, I am not sure if I understood your conclusion conclude that by using
ICRC Alignment system only add Steel pylon instead of Poly propylene Pylon
Can you explain a little, the way I read it is you use PP technology with a
pylon. Why would you do that? (I read pylon as a prosthesis without any
foot, did you means tube?) Secondly, what survey was that, can you
elaborate some more please?
Yes, Asif Low Cost rehabilitations services should be available and ICRC
componentry will be available. Yet, if you like to purchase componentry CRE
equipment in GVA is the place to do so. If you have patients who cannot
afford treatment, you can always refer them to one of our three supported
centres, Quetta, Peshawar ad Muzaffarabad.
