I apologize to those who were turned away. Please try again.
The survey is open and will not close unless I manually close it.
Thank you to those who have taken the short survey. Your responses are
critical to the significance of the data collected.
Those who have not had the time, please consider following the link to this
survey. I want to hear from you as well.

As a practitioner with 27 years of experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics
as a CPO, I have seen many responses to the increase in workload for a
practitioner. The Assistant (Associate) has been presented to the profession
with mixed results resulting in a moratorium in certifying or registering
Assistants at present. As part of my graduate program in Management, the
attached link is to a survey attempting to gather data about workload
responses and practices.
Please consider taking the time (approximately 5 minutes or less) out of
your busy schedule to respond to this survey. The completed thesis will be
presented to the National Associations to be made available as a free
internet download by all practitioners.
ALL RESPONSES ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND NO CONNECTION TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS
RECORDED. YOU WILL RECEIVE NO ADDITIONAL QUERIES (SPAM) BY ANSWERING THIS
SURVEY.
