Hi

I have a very large patient with moderate medial knee osteoarthritis.
The orthopod has Rx'd a G2 medial unloader. She is not a surgical
candidate. My main concern is in trying to keep the orthosis on her
leg without distal migration. Without a doubt, the only method to
keep this knee orthosis in place is going to be with the use of an
AFO section attached to the G2. The Dr is insistent on the G2 (so
KAFO is out) and G2 no longer has an option for this type of
accessory. I'm certain others has used some sort of carbon fiber AFO
to attach to a G2 unloader so I'm looking for suggestions on which
one people have used.

I realize this is a worst case scenario but one unfortunately I
can't change so I'm stuck providing the G2 with additions. Advice, or
product suggestions for the AFO appreciated!
