Sorry folks, I accidentally posted what was meant to be an internal request to our orthotics and prosthetics department. By no means did Dave Telfortd send out an e-mail soliciting on the Listserv for papers to be submitted for the Texas Chapter, nor did he ask me to - that was totally my error.
