Dear List-
We have been trying to come up with an accurate measurement for the
thickness of a ply of prosthetic sock, in order to do reductions for
subsequent check sockets. We are getting several different readings,
depending on the amount of pressure placed on the sock(s) during
measurement. Has anyone come up with a viable solution to this
quandary?
