Thank you all for your responses to my question. I omitted to mention that my patient has bilateral Trans Tibial amputations. For your information I will print my original post, followed by the compiled responses:

I am seeking recommendations for prosthetic feet for a patient of mine. He is a middle aged fellow, weight 225 pounds, who walks throughout the day in the course of his work, and is an avid golfer. He specifically is requesting feet that permit him good stance when golfing on a downhill lay-up, such that he doesn't feel unstable.

I am considering the use of a pair of Delta Twist shock/rotation units, and am interested in the best energy-storage feet to match this man's stated needs. I appreciate any suggestions. The Proprio foot system is financially not an option.

I have been extremely pleased with all Freedom feet over the last 2
years. The renegade sounds like it would be a great option, however it
does not have a split toe, so ground compliance is not as good. You
might consider the Endolite Elite, which is another one of my first high
level choices for feet. It has a split toe design and has vertical
shock. Incorporate either of these with an Otto bock rotator, and a
suction fit and you have a phenomenal system.

Look into the Bio Quest Perfect Stride. I has amazing stability and
manoeuvrability.

Otto Bock's JOURNEY! It's energy storing with an articulated universal joint.

I just used a trias foot with the delta twist and it was awesome. Also keep in mind freedom innovations now has a torque absorber on the renegade.

Does the patient have a left or right amputation. If he has a left transtibial amputation and is a right-handed golfer I would suggest the Ceterus Foot. This foot gives a comfortable amount of rotation as well as energy storing. I have had a lot of success with this set up.

Have you considered the College Park Trustep? I've got a number of
clients out on those feet and, though not all of them golf, they've all
found them to be very good feet for uneven and changing terrain. The
system of bumpers/bushings allows me to truly customize the foot for the
individuals needs especially to accommodate inversion/eversion and some
rotation.

Look into the Flex Foot Ceterus, which offers progressively stiffening rotation and it is user adjustable via a pump, and look into the Endolite DR2 feet with their rotator/shock pylon module.

Try Freedom Innovation's foot.

Look in to the new Renegade foot with rotation it is new from Freedom Innovations.

Here is a foot I found (Seattle Catalyst) to work very well on medium to high active pt. that
walk over uneven terrain Consider a cat 4 with a 1/4'' heel even if the pt
is using a 3/8'' heel shoe. This should give the pt better toe response.
Contact Trulife to discuss a trial period. They should work with you if they
want you business.
