Any ideas on a functional knee orthosis for a 2-year old child with a congenital ACL deficiency? I haven't seen the patient yet…the Orthopod just told me on my way out of clinic that I'd be seeing him soon. I assume that none of the custom ACL brace manufacturers do pedi, but please correct me if I'm wrong. I think that getting adequate suspension may be an issue, along with keeping things as slimline as possible. I'm hoping I can get some supracondylar suspension. Thanks for any input.
