Thank you to all who replied. The original material is the proflex with
silicone and pt is using a ZipWhiz donning sleeve. I tried powder in
conjunction with this to no avail. I tried liquid silk in conjunction as
well, also to no avail. Lightly sanded the inside, heated and powdered, same
result. Shrinkage was not an issue in this case. I fabricated a test
socket from the definitive to double check this, the proflex had been cool
for a week. My final effort was to refabricate the inner liner with a
different material, it retrofit into the frame. In this case NorthVane(76%
LD Polyethylene, 24% EVA) did the trick, it is distributed by Endolite. He
was able to pull in fully with this material, inside dimensions were not
changed at all. Thanks again. I received over 50 responses, so I will
summarized rather than posting all.

Main Suggestions:
Powder pt and socket
Lotion pt and socket
Lightly sand interior of socket
Change material (Themolyn soft, Polyethylene, Northvane)
Let plastic cool fully before removing from model
Heating proflex with powder on it
Powder lightly in the oven before pulling proflex
Alps silicone oil 3-4 days should resolve after that
Several suggested that after using powder or lotion for a week it wouldn't
be necessary because the stickiness wears off
