Could any one direct me to the specific section of the Medicare manual (or
an online resource) that spells out the procedures of submitting a claim for
non-returnable/non-recyclable parts of a prosthesis that had been fabricated
and fitted, but not delivered due to the patient's death?

P.S. The date of service must be the actual date of death...and the claim
must be filed via paper claim.
