Good day all,
I work with an A/K with an SNS knee unit. This person slipped on a patch of
oil at work and fell. In the accelerated fall he flexed his knee unit. The SNS
unit and frame are damaged. He also hurt his lower back and arm when he
fell. This will generate a Workman Comp claim.
The Question:
Has anyone out there ever been successful billing work comp for a damaged
prosthesis secondary to a fall at work?
Any suggestions?
