Need assistance locating a polishing/grinding tool.
We have used a polishing cone that we are trying to locate a source for. It
is used for polishing acrylic, epoxy, graphite laminates and works extremely
well.
It is similar to the tyco cones but is gray and measures 1.5 inches in
diameter and 3 inches in length. It is painted pink on the end to identify
it for laminate use and has a hole for threaded shaft use on long shaft
carvers such as Trautmen, etc. It also works extremely well when used in a
variable speed drill press at low RPM.
The name DuraPol is printed on the end.
This particular cone works better than anything we have found for polishing
the edges of laminates. When I ordered them originally, I ordered a bunch,
now we are running out and cannot locate a source. Have tried all normal
supplier sources.
Any suggestions?
