Hello,

I received a lot of feedback, and will summarize it here. Original post
follows.

Majority recommended Ultraflex (I have used these with great success in
the past, but will not use it on this patient)

Also recommended were:

Dynasplint
KCO from Anatomical Concepts
DeRoyal
EMPI
Aircast

Hello,

Have a 45 year old male, 6 foot, 200lbs. Bilateral knee flexion
contractures of 90 deg. Family wants to stretch! No surgery wanted, no
botox.surely I must be able to make a brace to correct this!!!!!

Lies in bed for half the day, in WC the rest. What would you recommend?
I am hoping for a prefab brace with lots of padding, joint posterior to
knee that is tension loaded. This needs to be easy to don and
foolproof.the aides are not very reliable in this home.

I rarely do this type of work, so need some help.

Thanks
