Many of you requested information on my question regarding extra strong velcro. The most helpful response came from Leo Stein (John Bertagna), including samples sent promptly. Velcro makes a High-Tech Hook (HTH) that is available in clear (white) 2 rolls. Velcro also makes a pile product (#3001), a knit loop that is made especially for the HTH. However, #3001 will wear out sooner than standard pile materials. I have chosen to buy a roll of the HTH, and use our existing pile velcro.
