On November, 16th, 1985 Ivan Long, CP gave a presentation at Northwestern University of his Normal Shape Normal Alignment (NSNA) technique. During that presentation a fabrication manual was handed out. It is a 12 page document titled Fabricating the LONG'S LINE ABOVE KNEE PROSTHESIS, or it may have also been called the NSNA AK prosthesis by the time of the November presentation. I am searching for a clean copy to scan of this manual given out during the 1985 Chicago presentation.

This is being collected for scanning in a future project for the Orthotics and Prosthetics digital library. www.oandplibrary.com

If you were perhaps in attendance, please search though your files and see if you can locate this document. It will be use to help preserve our prosthetic history.

Your care and attention in this matter is greatly appreciated.

  Best regards,
  Charles King, CP
