I have a young girl wearing a right 21 Child's Seattle Lightfoot D3 and has had two failures very close together. Both times the foot shell became loose and separated from the keel. Funny thing is that this is the backup device made for her, but because she likes it better she wears it more often. The other device predating the one in question by a few months has the same foot on it, probably about the same number of steps (because she wears it as a back up when we've been repairing the failed footshell issue) and it hasn't caused any issues. I was wondering if there is a bad batch going around or if they have lowered there standards a bit - any others with the same problem? I have requested a replacement, but I wonder if I should repair it (any suggestions) so that she has less down time.
