I am posting this for a friend...
Hello my name is Brooke Artesi LO, and I am BK amputee. I just recently got
a Ossur Flex Run. I have never run before but I am doing pretty well. I
can run for about 2 miles right now and would be able to advance if my leg
did not slip down because of perspiration. I currently have a shuttle and I
have tried a couple of knee sleeves neoprene and silicone but after a while
those also slip down. I have also tried powder and cornstarch (doesn't
work). Please don't tell me to go to suction suspension, I have tried it in
the past and I found it to be very uncomfortable. Does anyone have a
suggestion on what else I could try, a different knee sleeve possibly?
Thanks
Brooke
