Dear List,
My physiotherapist referred to me a young CVA patient .Your advice is appreciated and I shall post all the replies at the end.
The Clinical details are as following:
Muscular Assessment :
Left Right
Hip Flexors: 4minus 4plus
Gluteus Maximus:2minus 2minus
Abductors:3minus 3minus
Adductors:3plus 3plus
Knee Flexors(Hamstring)2plus 2plus
Quadriceps:4plus 5minus
Dorsiflexors/Plantar flexors/Invertors/evertors 0 both left & Right
Abdominal---3minus
Spinal Extensors----3minus
Sensation :Loss below knees
Tendoachillis---Right stretchable to neutral
Left tendoachillis tight
Left dorsiflexion=50degree----30degree--0 degree
Right Dorsiflexion--45 degree plantarflexion--0 degree
