Hi List,
I am a contracted Aetna O&P provider in NY state, who has recently received
a letter from the claims overpayment recovery unit asking for a refund
dating back two years.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this and also if anyone
is interested in pursuing a case to fight this.
