Dear List;
I am seeking some solutions to a suspension sleeve migration problem
that is occurring on the thigh. I am working with a high level T-T
athlete that utilizes suction suspension. His sport is very fast paced
and doesn't allow him to stop and pull up his suspension sleeve if it
migrates distally. Do any of you have any solutions to aid in
preventing suspension sleeve migration on the thigh. It occurs not only
due to tissue movement but perspiration as well. Currently, he is
taping the sleeve to the socket; which seems to be working well, but
securing it to the thigh is a bigger challenge.
Thank you in advance.
