Dear List Members,

Patient presents with severe abdominal hernia - multiple surgeries have failed to contain it. She gets ulcerations due to skin tension. Hip measurement is 52. One challenge is that the garment has to extend very low, and also extend higher than an LSO type corsett. Anyone have a resource for a garment that will provide adequate support? The size requirement has rendered many off the shelf garments unusable. Do you know of a good source for custom garments, without having to go to a custom compression pantyhose.?

  Thanks for the help.
