Dear list
  We have an adult male paraplegic (both legs ) has been paraplegic from 20 years ago because of spinal trauma ( in level of T10 ) who is now be treated with stem cell injection in spinal cord for 6 months and phisiotherapy and has reached the grade3 of hip extension , hip flection , hip abduction/adduction .
  knee extension : 2 , palntar/dorsiflexion :0-1 , some spasticity in plantar flexors , joint deformity : not seen .
  He likes to know that may he walk with some type of splints rather than long leg braces with assistance of walker or crutches without locking knees?
