I am having problems finding a good shrinker for larger AK amputees. Many of the patients don't want the belt with the shrinkers, therefore leaving me really one choice other than wearing there locking liners (if they use one). I have been using the Juzo AK shrinkers with silver and the silicone beeds around the top. These shrinkers come in a few sizes with the largest being a 12 or 14 length. These shrinkers work pretty well, but the size charts they use are FALSE to say the least. I've found that the longest, largest shrinker they make will BARELY stay on a patient that falls in there middle size chart. Does anybody else make a shrinker with a nice silicone border to hold them on that isn't made too short and too small distally causing the shrinker to just spring off in a few minutes?
Thank You,
