Socket choice problem EDS

I am an above knee amputee with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

This has meant I have needed three revisions in 18 months due to excess
tissue and stretching of the skin on the end of my residual limb. Large amounts
of tissue were removed in each revision and yet again the problem has occured
10 weeks post op. I end up with several inches of soft tissue with no bone
inside for support; hanging down. When I move, without a prosthesis on, the
tissue drags painfully over the bone ending.
I have only just been fitted with a prosthesis due to the excess tissue
twisting inside the socket, and pain on weight bearing.
Has anyone out there treated any patients with EDS or come across problems
similar to mine? My prosthetics team need to know how best to proceed. Will
there be issues with certain types of socket design and forms of suspension. Is
suction or vacuum out of the question?
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks...........Lynne
