Hi List members,
We don't fit trusses here, but I have someone wanting me to determine if
there is anything that is specifically intended for a direct inguinal
hernia. (He actually wants documentation that the support is
specifically designed for this type of hernia) One source told me that
the support is the same as for an indirect hernia. (indirect means
that the intestine comes out obliquely through the layers of the
abdominal as opposed to straight out as in direct)
I have checked the OPIE search engine.
If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know and I'll forward
the info to the person and will post back to the list.
Thanks,
Randy McFarland, CPO
