Hello Colleagues,
I am looking for a component which I have seen before but cannot remember where. It is a powered cable puller which can be installed in the forearm of a TH prosthesis. I am fitting an 84 yr. old. female TH patient who is getting tired of the body powered system and is limited by RA pain. We are considering a proportional linear potentiometer built into the harness coupled to a powered split hook termial. However, the elusive device I mentioned above would allow her to keep the low bulk, familiar shape and lighter weight of her Hosmer 7XA hook.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Markus Saufferer, C.P.(c)
