October 16, 2006 is the deadline for receipt of application, payment and notarized r�sum� (documentation of experience and education prerequisites) for November examination. All monies and documents must be received in the BOC office by 5:00pm EST.

About BOC Certification Programs
To sit for the BOC Certification exams, you must submit the required application, a notarized r�sum� and appropriate fees by posted application deadline. After eligibility is confirmed, to become certified, you must pass each of the following examinations:

Video Practical Examination Schedule
Candidates may submit a Video Practical Examination (VPE) for review anytime before and within 120 days after taking written certification exams. The VPE must be successfully completed in order to become certified.

EXAMINATION SITES and DATES
You may sit for the exam in 150+ computer test sites close to your home or office, including many international locations. Check the BOC web site for exam sites. Exams are offered Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon sessions, throughout the months of February, May, August, and November.
PRACTICE TEST
A Practice Test, or Self Assessment Exam, is available on our web site, www.bocusa.org. This was developed to help you prepare for certification. Take an exam at home or in your office � no need to travel � and the results are 100% confidential. All questions/simulations come from prior exams. Several reports help you understand your grade. You may re- take the exam as often as you like during the one- month open window. You establish your strengths and weaknesses. Only you see the results of your practice test.
