Good Morning!
Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with the new contractor,
National Heritage Insurance Company yet???
Has anyone received any payments from Medicare since the end of June?
Has anyone been able to pull their submission reports after submitting
claims???
So far our dealings have been as such..........
(1) last payment on 6/23/06 from the old DMERC...nothing from the NHIC
(2) cannot pull reports and they keep changing the announcement on the EDI
helpline...apparently they are experiencing technical
difficulties........even had my software vendor confirm this yesterday
(3) i am on the phone with them now for 17 minutes.........was transferred
to a Customer Service Representative Level 2 to find out about payments and the
phone has rang over 50 times with still no answer on the transfer...........
I suspect this wont be good..............
