I have a referral for an orthosis for a 48 year old man - average stature - who has severe cervical thoracic kyphosis because of dystonia from Parkinsons Disease. The head drops laterally like torticollis. I have never been able to successfully brace this type of conditon but this is a man who continues to stay active at a job where must sit at a computer a good bit of the day so it was hard to tell its not possible. He corrects about 75% when supine. He says he gets a little more range after Botox injection.

Would love to hear of any positive experience with this type of patient.
