To my esteemed collegues,

I have had a request today from a physical therapist for a new version of the old twister cables.
We have already tried the neoprene twister straps,
Anyone have any ideas out there to reduce internal rotation of the lower extremity on a little girl with hemiplegia.
Thank you in advance.
