HI Everyone

I am currently building a pair of knee extension orthoses for a 15yr old
boy who has knee flexion contractures of ~15-20 degrees. He spends a fair
amount of time in w/c and the dr has asked for turnbuckle orthoses which I
don't want to make. In the past I've purchased a knee joint which had a
spring in the joint much like a Klenzak AFO to cause extension. I'm looking
for something like this. According to the parents, with long, slow
extension his knees will extend almost to neutral so I don't want to lock
him with these dr suggested turnbuckle KOs.

Has anyone seen this type of joint lately? If so, please let me know where
you have. This boy is being cast in 3 days and I need some info!

TIA
