I have a young AK, 9 IT - DISTAL END. He is often heavily medicated due
to other mental health issues. Shape is very conical. Distal circ is 10,
midway up is 23, top is 26, and to make matters worse, distally, he has a
severely invaginated scarred area which makes his distal end very prominent
and the soft tissue from above hangs down over the scarred area.

I had him in an Alpha locking liner and we are all shocked as to how well he
is able to ambulate considering that the fit leaves much to be desired, and
pistoning is an understatement. Oh, did I mention that he is obese?

Any suggestions ? I want to stick to some type of locking liner, but how
can I get a better purchase, and not make the D&D and more complicated?

Thanks,
