Hi

Currently I am writing my own clinic notes in each patient's chart. I don't
have access to dictation or staff to write my notes for me. I'd like to do
these daily notes on computer although I'll continue having a unique paper
chart per client for Rx, X-ray results ... I'm wondering if people would
care to share how they do computer notes. It's handy to have a printed note
to refer back to but would be senseless to print out each time a note is
entered, maybe when a page is full ? I'm unsure what to do.

If people could let me know what they do I'd really appreciate it.
