I HAD A PATIENT THE OTHER DAY WHO WANTED HER INNOVATIONS SPORTS CTI2 BRACE
REFURBISHED. SINCE SHE HAD NOT MEET HER DEDUCTIBLE SHE WAS AMAZED AT THE
PRICE AND WAS NOT HAPPY AS SHE HAD ALREADY CALLED THEM DIRECTLY AND THEY
QUOTED HER FOR $210 (MY COST). I GUESS SHE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR SHIPPING
AND EXPECTED ME TO CHARGE HER THE SAME PRICE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I INVITED HER
TO COME GET IT AND SHE DID.
MOST KNEE ORTHOSIS COMPANIES ARE NOT ORTHOTIST FRIENDLY BUT TOWNSEND SEEMS
TO REMAIN TRUE TO DEALING ONLY WITH PRACTITIONERS...
