Here are the responses to my previous post, question first:

  Hello,

Who makes air tight locks for pin suspension? We already know about Coyote and Ohio Willow Wood. Who else?

Thank you,

Nathan Keepers, CPO

Fillauer makes the best one, well in my opinion. :-) Really it is an excellent lock and priced right too (about xxxx and up) It has a true one way air valve built into a clutch lock system.
Available in 3 styles- Delrin for universal attachment, pyramid rated to 300lb, and a 4 hole design.
Give me a call and I'll send you a sample to look at.

I often use SPS's lock. I make it airtight by putting one of those green o rings from Hosmer that are meant for terminal devices. Their original purpose is apparently for castrating calves.
PS there are other locks that can be made air tight as well with this technique

I don't know about any others, Nathan. I use the Alpha lamination lock

from OWW a fair amount. What type of situation are you in that you

need something different?

PDI, Fillauer and Cascade also have airtight pin locks.

I believe....

Fillauer does make a Clutch type lock with a suction valve for added

suction suspension.
