Dear List,

I want to add an affirmative vote for assisting in swing initiation.
Anything attaching distal to the hip joint axis and inserting proximal,
must assist in swing as it creates (however small) a flexion moment about
the hip. Though most of the force is in the transverse plane, there is a
small vector component in the coronal plane, which should effect the above
described swing assist... that's the way I see it... (Thanks Ramona!)

sincerely,

Justin Foster
