Dear list,
One of our health agencies is considering the introduction of International Classification of Functioning, Disabilityand Health (ICF) codes for allied health in Australia. These are codes developed by the World Health Organisation to assist in the consistent description of disability and function.
We are involved in looking at their application to P&O. Does anyone have any experience with these codes, or know of any P&O areas where they are being used? We would love to hear how they have fared. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Many thanks in advance,
Geoff Hill,
Prosthetist/orthotist,
