I am on a health team treating pediatric burn patients in South Texas. I have a patient who is 9 years old with 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 35% of her body, mostly facial, arm and back. She has had a clear polycarbonate face mask for hypertrophic scarring of her face and is need of a replacement mask. I am looking for a central fabrication facility who does these as well as Medicaid L codes for this procedure.
Thank you.
