Hi,
I have a patient of mine whose parents live in Calgary, Canada. Is there
anyone there who make EVA custom made foot orthotics as I have made their
daughter a pair here in Australia and they are currently where polypropylene
ones and would like a pair of EVA ones about 400 density.
